Fred is the senior partner of this long established boutique law firm formed by the merger of the MacKewn firm with that of the Winder firm.
Born and raised in London, he is a graduate of The University of Western Ontario and of Osgoode Hall. He was called to the bar in 1960 and has practised exclusively in the forest city since that time. His primary concern has always been the provision of legal services to corporate clients, including sale and acquisition transactions, and litigation in the enforcement and protection of their rights.
He has been consistently active in community affairs, and is a past president of the London branch of the Arthritis Society, as well as the Irish Benevolent Society. He is the current Treasurer of the London Consistory Club, an organization which provides assistance devices of all kinds for handicapped persons.
